Reform Proposal Hub

This is a platform where users can upload policy documents (PDF files) in German or English. The system uses AI (Gemini 2.0) to automatically read these documents and pull out important information like who wrote it, what problem it solves, economic impacts, and legal details. Users can see their original PDFs and all the extracted data in a simple interface. They can also sort documents by date, name, or type. I built it using ASP.NET for the backend, React for the frontend, and PostgreSQL db.
